Summary: You must enter the full names of all guests on the order form upon booking. Free daily hotel pick-ups starting at 6:00 am at selected hotels. Child rates are for children ages 3 to 11. Please reserve online or call us toll-free at 888-837-6930. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

No host lunch at Volcano House. We suggest a light sweater or jacket for the volcano area. Admission to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park included.

Please Note: The Volcano House Restaurant is closed for renovations and will not re-open until 2012. You have the option to purchase an alternate boxed lunch for $10.00, bring your own lunch, or purchase snacks at the various stops on the tour. The boxed lunch is from "Hana Hou" eatery and includes the following: sandwich on wheat bread with choices of turkey and cheese, pastrami and cheese, tuna and cheddar, or veggie wrap with ranch dressing. Chip choices are: Sun chips, low-fat veggie chips, or Maui chips. Dessert choices are: banana bread, macnut cookies, or brownies. Lunch includes 1 bottle of water.
